2016 Hometown Heroes Lottery Is On!

VANCOUVER, BC, April 20, 2016 — The BC Professional Fire Fighters Burn Fund Hometown Heroes Lottery has launched with an exciting line-up of 3,068 prizes, totaling more than $2.9 million. This year the lottery is giving away its biggest cash prize ever – a cool $2 million cash – as part of its Grand Prize offerings, which also include 4 luxury homes in South Surrey’s Morgan Creek, Omni Central in Vancouver, and Lakestone Living in Kelowna.

Also up for grabs are a great mix of Bonus Prizes including a Rocky Mountaineer Rail Tour, 2016 Nissan Sentra, 2016 Harley-Davidson, $10,000 getaways, cash, a European River Cruise, and more. Bonus Prize values start at $22,000!

The Early Bird prize line-up impresses as always. Ticket buyers have a chance at a 2016 Tesla model S 85D OR a 2016 Maserati OR 12 Years of Vacations OR $100,000 cash.

It doesn’t stop there. The offerings of amazing giveaways continue with the option to win cars OR cash, travel, spa, and sports packages, and more.

Tickets are 3 for $75, 6 for $100, and 20 for $275. 50/50 PLUS tickets are available for 2 for $15, 6 for $30, and 20 for $60. Tickets can be ordered online , by mail/fax, in-person, or by phone (604-648-4376, 1-866-597-4376). The Heroes Welcome Deadline ticket deadline is midnight, May 13th.

Proceeds from the lottery help support the highly trained trauma teams and medical specialists at Vancouver General Hospital, UBC Hospital, and GF Strong Rehab Centre, ensuring that urgently required medical equipment and important patient-focused researched is provided. The Burn Fund itself also benefits, putting the money back into its education, prevention, and support programs like the annual Burn Camp for young burn survivors.
