Faye – it’s important to contact the lottery or foundation directly for these requests; we’re a news agency and don’t run that lottery.

This sort of thing causes individuals purchasing tickets to question if integrity of the people/organization. If you do not maintain confidence you have nothing.

We are still awaiting a response from Stride Management, which runs the lottery for the Kinsmen. We’ve sent an email as well as leaving a telephone message.

Every lotto should have such a good cause to give it back to the society and community. In fact, the players should know more about this so that awareness is created and people play more mainly because their money is being used for good cause. I have seen some lotto in Caribbean who advertise such cause when you play online or from your mobile. Some kind of message keeps flashing telling you how much percentage of your bet goes to charity etc. More lottery operator should following such practice and upgrade their software to provide the actual figures and percentages to their players about what happens to their money.

The 2013 Childrens Hospital Lottery Website does not work. After responding to the security window, the webpage turnis a comfortable yellow with a series of black dots rotating in a perfect circle.

I assume that a number of persons order their tickets online, which is not possible with the proper webpage not loading.
