The most recent draw, I purchased a ticket at Future Shop in Burlington, on May 3. Your website indicated “Sold Out” on May 6. As I had not received my ticket in the mail, I assumed I was too late. I just recently received my credit card statement and the I was charged $100.00 for a ticket which I never received in the mail.
I feel my $100.00 was charged, but I got nothing for it. I have purchased tickets for this draw for the past few years and have always received my ticket my mail. I feel in this case, I was charged, but because you were sold out, there was no ticket sent.
I am very disappointed, as the excitement of possibly winning a major prize a dream that would not be realized.
Thank you,

I’ve been trying for weeks to open your HelpConquerCancer.ca website to no avail. It either doesn’t exist or there is something wrong with your website. All links through various other websites have also failed.
I just checked the helpconquercancer.ca web site and it looks fully operational to me. That being said, it’s important that everyone remembers that dreamlottery.ca is merely a site that lists all the hospital/home lotteries in Canada. Lotteries run by Princess Margaret Hospital are not under our control. I suggest that if you have trouble with their web site, that you contact the hospital foundation directly and raise the issue with them, as they are ultimately responsible for their lottery web sites.
