STARS Lottery
About STARS
Over the past 25 years, STARS has flown more than 20,000 missions, transporting critically ill and injured patients across Alberta and eastern British Columbia. We couldn’t do it without your support of the STARS Lottery, now in its 18th year.
The Lottery continues to be the largest source of mission funding for STARS. Your support has enabled us to become a recognized leader in critical patient care, rapid transportation, and emergency medical training and education.
STARS serves 94 per cent of Alberta’s population with bases in Grande Prairie, Edmonton and Calgary.
