EDMONTON, AB, March 28, 2017 — The Early Bird get the worms (or in this case the “Birds”) in the 2017 Spring Friends for Life Lottery. Two lucky winners will be enjoying $6,000 cash each, in recognition of the amazing work the Edmonton Humane Society does each and every year.
Two animal-loving winners will be drawn on April 12 in the Early Bird draw. Only the tickets purchased before the April 3 deadline will be eligible to win, so head on over to the official lottery website and purchase yours before this coming Monday to make it in the draw. Tickets are only $20 each, or $50 for a 3-pack, $100 for a 6-pack, $150 for a 9-pack, $200 for a 12-pack, and $250 for a 15-pack.
The Friends for Life Lottery is the Society’s bi-annual fundraiser and your ticket purchase helps them to provide a superior standard of care for the thousands of animals they see each year.
The Final Draws, planned for June 9, are for 41 individual cash draws of 32 prizes of $500, six prizes of $1,000, two prizes of $2,500, and the final cash giveaway of $15,000.
