KELOWNA, BC, Wednesday, March 11, 2026 — There are just a few days remaining to secure tickets for the Heart of BC 50/50 Lottery. With the jackpot over half a million dollars, one very lucky winner is going to receive a life-changing prize, and communities across the heart of BC will receive significant funding for community health projects.
In the summer of 2025, the KGH Foundation expanded the partnerships for the Heart of BC lottery to regional health care foundations, in addition to the ongoing collaboration with the YMCA of Southern Interior BC, to ensure that the proceeds of the 50/50 had an impact in communities across the region.

Today, the KGH Foundation is the lead fundraising organization for Kelowna General Hospital, JoeAnna’s House, and Central Okanagan Hospice House, while also fundraising for vital community health care programs.
