These customized cooking demonstrations come alive with the aromas and stories of Indian, Filipino, Italian, Japanese, and many other global cuisines as staff prepare dishes in real time. Residents are encouraged to join in by stirring a pot, adding seasoning, or simply watching with curiosity – creating an inclusive, hands-on experience that honours both comfort and cultural tradition.
The demonstration kitchen has become a gathering place where connection flourishes, conversations spark, memories resurface, and laughter fills the room. These shared moments reduce isolation and support emotional well-being, strengthening the bonds between residents, staff, and visiting loved ones.
