The 1094 sq.ft. cottage is Rancher style with two bedrooms and a den, one private bathroom, a large kitchen and dining room area ideal for entertaining, as well as space-enhancing cathedral ceilings and large, open windows. Ticket purchasers have the option of adding on a $5 furniture tag to their initial ticket purchase which makes them eligible to win the home fully furnished (includes fridge, stove, and all of the furniture on display in the cottage), or take home $65,000 cash. Or they can purchase a $3 additional appliance tag, to win a washer, dryer, and dishwasher or the option of $3000 cash.
