Grand Prize Package #1

Grand Prize package #1 is worth more than $1.4 million and the main attraction is a Calgary show home built by Truman Homes that is awarded with professional landscaping and furnishing, and is only steps from green space and pathway systems. The custom home has over 3,790 square feet of living space, and offers the winner many luxurious amenities including a gourmet custom-built kitchen with stainless steel appliance package, a den, imported light fixtures, and features hand scraped wide plank floors, quartz countertops, and custom millwork all throughout the main floor. Up on the second floor you’ll find three spacious bedrooms, a sunken bonus room with vaulted ceilings, and of course the master bedroom, which has vaulted ceilings and a large ensuite with a custom tile shower and walk-in closet. The house also features a triple garage, which is the perfect place to house the 2017 Toyota Camry Hybrid (supplied by: Toyota Northwest Edmonton) that is also a part of the prize. Also enjoy $5,000 cash as part of the prize as well!

Grand Prize Package #2

Grand Prize #2 is worth more than $1.1 million. This Kimberley Home show home is a custom 3,778 square foot bungalow situated in Edmonton. Equipped with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, the main floor includes a galley style kitchen with an extra-long island and table height extension, owner’s suite, five piece ensuite, great room with stone fireplace, dining room and home office. The basement offers a family room and games room with a full wet bar, theatre room, two additional bedrooms, and a full bathroom. Enjoy the beautiful rear covered deck leading down to the landscaped rear yard. Best of all, the home not only comes fully furnished BUT comes with a 2017 Toyota Corolla IM (Vehicle supplied by: Toyota Northwest Edmonton) that will be stored in your double attached heated garage. The winner will also pocket $5,000 cash!
