Dream Home Lottery hoping for Easter Weekend Boost to Spark Sales

GRANDE PRAIRIE, March 23, 2016 — The Dream Home Lottery will open extended hours this long weekend in hopes of increased sales.  Raffle Manager Kevin Hilgers says “We had a terrific January,  huge – but since then it’s certainly slowed and now we are fearing we may not sell out for the first time in a few years.  We know we have a challenging economy and the irony is, this is when fundraisers are needed even more, so want to put the word out there that we can use everyone’s help.” He adds “We’ve added hours at the Dream Home location for families in town this Easter weekend.  We’ve mailed letters to those who haven’t yet bought this year that did last year.  We want to let everyone know we can use their help with this fundraiser”

The Dream Home has an Early Bird prize of a 2016 GMC Terrain from Ken Sargent GMC Buick. The deadline to purchase tickets is Sunday, April 3.  “There’s also the Cash Jackpot 50-50™ just short of a quarter million dollars so far.  The Cash Cow Calendar is a chance to win up to $10,000 a day every weekday in May.  So plenty of chances to win yet!”

The annual fundraiser has been in existence since 1993, raising millions of dollars for the community.
