Up for grabs in this year’s lottery are a $1.1 million 3,800 square foot Grand Prize showhome complete with a covered patio, a spacious 20-foot high foyer that opens to an expansive great room, and a master bedroom featuring 10-foot ceilings and dual walk-in closets. Located at 4302 Sage Drive in The Creeks, the showhome will be open from August 20th for public viewing from Monday – Friday: 6 PM to 9 PM and Weekends & holidays: 12 PM to 5 PM.
There’s also the equally as attractive Early Bird Prize of a Katepwa Lake Cottage in Berry Hills Estates + $5,000 cash. This is by far not your average country cottage. Measuring in at 1,982 square feet on the main with a wrap-around deck, this little slice of heaven combines transitional and west-coast stylings with high-end finishings and soothing beach-inspired colours. Ticket buyers can also view this home anytime after August 20th weekends and holidays from Noon to 5PM.
If going to Tahiti and Moorea, French Polynesia has always been on your bucket list (along with some extra spending cash – $10,000 to be exact) then you’ll definitely want to be this year’s Bonus Prize winner. You’ll enjoy a stay at the Manava Suites in Tahiti, a sunset sail cruise, and the comforts of the Moorea Pearl Resorts, along with a guest of your choice.
