RED DEER, AB, June 19, 2017 — The RDRH Foundation Hospitals’ Home Lottery has extended its sales deadline to June 28 at 11 PM, in hopes to sell out the lottery, whose sales are lacking. Proceeds from the ticket sales will be used to purchase additional new technology patient beds at the hospital, which are desperately needed to reduce need for patient overflow areas, as well as to “ensure patient and staff safety, and lessen the occasions of skin ulcers in patients who are bed-bound for long periods of time” (source: Hospitals’ Lottery 2017 – A Plea for Community Support press release).
According to its Facebook page, the lottery is still selling lottery tickets but only online or at their office in the RD Hospital. There are over $1 Million in prizes still available, including the Sorento Custom dream home, a custom-built bungalow in the Laredo community with architectural flair and all the fixings to suit your family and the entertainment of your future guests. Vaulted ceilings, a chef-worthy kitchen, wet bar and fitness room, and a luxurious ensuite to escape to at the end of the week.
The Mega Bucks 50 raffle is now at $425,850 (winner takes half), and there will also be three final winners driving home in new vehicles, six winners with room makeovers, and plenty more prize winners with reasons to celebrate. Final winners will be drawn on July 7 starting at 9 AM at the Grand Prize Home, located at 105 Larratt Close, Red Deer, AB. Draws will be made starting with the prize of the least retail value.
