Also landing some owners were the rest of the prizes up for winning, including a 2018 Mazda 3 GX, a family vacation worth $10,000, and the 50/50.

The winners were announced today, Wednesday, January 31, at NTV Studio. If you weren’t able to catch the announcement on TV, we have the names right here for you!
One second Leslie Barbour from Mount Pearl, NL (Ticket #78637) was just a ticket holder for this year’s lottery, the next they were crowned Grand Prize winner of the 32nd Ultimate Dream Home Lottery and proud new owner of the Dream Home. They will not only get to enjoy all the amenities the home features (including a bar and theater room with a projector screen for entertaining, a bright kitchen with ample storage and counter space, and a large master bedroom) but also a 2018 Mazda 3 GX and $5,000 move-in cash. But wait, that’s not all! The home comes with furnishings and many more bonuses to help seal the deal on this sweet prize. See our reference page for a list of everything featured.
Second up is Irven Nochasak of Makkovik, NL (Ticket #1077) as the Second Prize winner. They have the choice between a 2018 Mazda 3 GX from Penney Mazda to brighten up their driveway OR a cash option of $18,000 and the freedom to do whatever they please with that cash!
Winston Crane from Wreck Cove, NL (Ticket #75829) is now the family member of the year, winning the Third Prize, which is a family vacation to be organized by Universal Travel OR they can take the $10,000 cash option and make their own adventure!
Last but very certainly not least is L. Friesen (Gift) from St. John’s, NL (Ticket #50-20057-3), winner of the 50/50. That means $270,597.50 cash in their pocket!
