Arthritis Society Canada’s Ignite Raffle is all about good prizes for a good cause – supporting 1 in 4 women and over 25,000 children living with arthritis in BC.
Deadline to enter is 9:30 pm tomorrow, Saturday May 11. The winner will be drawn just 10 minutes later.
Tickets are:
- $30 for one ticket (SOLD OUT)
- $100 for five tickets
- $200 for twenty tickets
The full prize package is two roundtrip tickets to any Air Canada scheduled destination (non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, blackout periods may apply), and a Claire Newell leather luggage set that includes a large suitcase, tote bag, travel wallet, and travel candles.

By participating in Arthritis Society Canada’s Ignite Raffle, you will support BC arthritis patients like Karam Roberts.
Karam Roberts was diagnosed with rheumatoid vasculitis, a severe complication of rheumatoid arthritis, in 2020. Her symptoms began with a bad cough, but quickly escalated to intensive care, hearing loss, ulcers and the inability to bend her fingers or knees. Before she was prescribed medication, she was in excruciating, all-encompassing pain and couldn’t stand or move around independently. She has been unable to return to work due to exhaustion from the four blood infusions she receives tri-annually.
Karam remains hopeful that one day she’ll achieve a level of normalcy that will allow her to hike, scuba dive and ski with her partner again. She is passionate about raising awareness that arthritis can impact anyone, regardless of age, and that it is often an invisible disease.
