Last Chance to win this original Maud Lewis or $32,000 CASH

Halifax, Nova Scotia, December 12, 2023 — Don’t wait! This Thursday, December 14, is draw day in Scotia Festival of Music’s fall raffle.

The prize is a gorgeous, original painting by Maud Lewis, Nova Scotia’s iconic folk artist, valued at $40,000. The winner has the choice of taking the painting, or $32,000 cash!

One of Maud Lewis’s best-loved images, the painting shows three sleighs travelling through a winter wonderland towards a serene village. It has been authenticated by Ian Muncaster, owner of Zwicker’s Gallery in Halifax, and a Maud Lewis expert.

Don’t miss your chance to own an authentic and original piece of Canadian history.

There are only 1,111 tickets at $100 each, or 3 for $250. The winner can either take the painting, or $32,000 cash.

Ticket purchasers may also buy tickets in a 50/50 draw, at $25 each, or 5 for $100.

To buy tickets, visit the Scotia Festival of Music’s lottery page or call (902) 429-9467.
