Providence Living at The Views is Canada’s first publicly funded care village, designed to transform long-term care for seniors and adults living with dementia. Residents live in small household-style groups and are free to move throughout the secure village, supported by caregivers whenever needed.
This independence means residents often spend time outdoors, whether heading to activities, appointments, or simply enjoying a drink in the courtyard. While even a short time outside offers well known health benefits, it’s important to ensure residents stay warm and comfortable during the cooler months.
Your raffle purchase helps residents stay warm and cozy with easy-on/easy-off outerwear, including all‑weather capes and wheelchair blankets, so they can enjoy the courtyard in comfort.
