Valued at $700,000, the home features a bright, open concept kitchen and living area complete with wine tasting and beverage serving stations, large bar island, and stone fireplace that extends to the 10ft ceiling. The basement has a combined bar and recreation room, as well as the second and third bedroom with shared bathroom. The lottery proceeds support the RDRH Foundation and their Phase Two project to revolutionize cardiac care in Red Deer. This $700,000 project will see the purchase of technologically advanced equipment- digital clocks, hardwired beds, portable monitors- as well as necessary renovations to improve and expand the cardiac programs. The $1 Million Phase One project was completed last year with the lottery’s support, and the organizers are hoping for another successful turnout this year!
