The Rotary Clubs of Windsor and Essex County

To meet the fundraising challenges presented by COVID-19 restrictions, the 11 Rotary Clubs of Windsor and Essex County have teamed up to support their communities. Rotarians provide both financial support and donate countless hours for local projects.

The curbside kit with the John McGivney Children’s Centre (JMCC) is a program that allows JMCC clients to pick up kits filled with items perfect for having fun while working on important fine motor development and therapy goals at home. These kits are being used during virtual therapy sessions and are also perfect for practicing fine motor skills independently or with a family member.

The John McGivney Children’s Centre shared that Rylee sure loves her curbside kit! She had a blast opening the kit, discovering the different items, and playing, while working on important fine motor development skills. Thanks to a donation from the Rotary Club of Windsor (1918), the curbside kit program allows clients, like Rylee, to enjoy kits filled with items perfect for having fun while working on therapy goals at home.

This lottery is governed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.
