LANGLEY, BC, June 21, 2022 — Langley Rotary 50/50 MEGA Draw is back! This time they’re aiming at a $400,000 Jackpot sell-out!

Last year’s Langley Rotary 50/50 MEGA Draw was an early SELL-OUT at their $250,000 Jackpot.

LANGLEY, BC, June 16, 2021 —  The Langley Rotary Clubs are excited to be running the 50/50 Mega Draw again this year with an even larger payout of up to $125,000! Tickets start at $20 and are available online. Hurry – once tickets are sold out, they’re gone for good!

Last year Katy Mayrs won over $73,000! Here is her story:

Katy Mayrs says that winning last year’s raffle was a truly life-changing experience. From the prize money itself to receiving a personal phone call from Mayor Jack Froese, she was amazed by the outpouring of congratulations and support from the community.

Working as the manager of Duolynx Design & Print in Walnut Grove, Katy heard about the raffle from customers and decided to purchase a ticket. While she says that “there would never be a wrong time to win this kind of money,” she found out that she had the winning number shortly after having to replace her car and coming off of CERB funding during the pandemic. Katy tells us that “it all felt very much like this was happening just at the right time!”

The draw takes place December 3 at noon.  “It will be exciting”, said Jeff Morfitt, Lottery Chair, “to make the phone call to the lucky winner, and just in time for Christmas shopping!”
