EDMONTON, AB, July 27, 2016 — Mark your calendars! Final sales in the 2016 Summer Friends for Life Lottery kick off today and run through until August 26th.
Ticket buyers who purchase during this period are then eligible for the final draws on September 6th. What can they win? 32 prizes of $500, 6 prizes of $1,000, 2 prizes of $2,500, and the Grand Prize of $15,000!
The draws will take place on-site at the Edmonton Humane Society at 13620 163 St NW in Edmonton and will be drawn individually in prize order from lowest to highest value. After each winning stub is drawn, it will be placed back into the drum for a chance at the next draw.
Tickets are 1 for $20, 2 for $40, 3 for $60, 4 for $80, 6 pack for $100, 9 pack for $150, 12 pack for $200, and 15 pack for $250. Tickets can be purchased through the official lottery website. Every ticket purchased means another animal has a second chance at finding a new home.
Also….don’t forget to mark your calendars for August 2nd. That’s when the Early Bird draw happens. Up for grabs are 2 prizes of $6,000!
