This 3600 sq.ft. two storey, 4 bdrm home features a beautiful custom circular staircase. The kitchen offers a large island that seats 6, custom cabinets with built-ins, and walk through butler pantry. The basement features a recreation room, guest bedroom, a full bathroom and built-in bar.

Choice 2 – Grand Prize Home – Kanvi:

A two storey modern home with over 3800 sq.ft. of living space. The home includes a modern chef style kitchen, a dining room with 10ft ceilings and great views.

Grand Prize Home – Veneto

This 3,900 sq. ft. bungalo with loft features an open concept main floor with vaulted ceilings with a private south facing back yard. The 1300 sq.ft. master suite features a fireplace, sitting area, a walk-in closet with its own washer and dryer, and a oversized ensuite that features a custome tile shower, free standing tube and his and her sinks. The finished basement has 2 bdrms, a bathroom and a large storage room.
