Brought to you by Veneto Custom Homes, this 2,113 square foot home with a loft exudes modernity with its open concept gourmet kitchen and bright sun room, perfect for relaxing in or hosting friends. Packed in also is a main floor master suite, with the loft available for use as a bedroom, study, or anything your heart desires! Hop on down to the basement to unwind and catch the latest flick in your theatre room and claim one of the two bedrooms down there.

Winner’s Choice Dream Home #2

Upstairs you can find the large master bedroom with its bonus dream closet and large en-suite featuring a steam shower for two and freestanding tub, perfect for unwinding in after a long day. Saunter on down to your gourmet kitchen, complete with coffee bar in the walk-in pantry, leaving your kitchen spotless and free of any clutter. Finish your journey in the basement, where you can enjoy a nice old-fashioned from the bar and sink into a chair in your open-concept theatre. Two more bedrooms await you down there as well.
