Despite the challenges posed by her condition, Cassidy and her family have found unwavering support at Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital (JPCH), where she receives comprehensive care every three months at the Cystic Fibrosis Clinic.

“I’m so grateful for my team at Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital for the way they take care of me. I get to continue living my life and thrive because of the way I’m being taken care of,” said Cassidy.

Cassidy has not only persevered but also become an advocate for CF awareness and research. Alongside her mother, Kimberly, she founded Cassidy’s Lemonade Stand, raising an impressive $125,000 for CF research over 11 years. Now at 16, Cassidy is eagerly embracing new milestones like getting her driver’s license, while also enjoying her passions for singing, spending time with friends, and pursuing a summer job as a certified lifeguard.
