For its 25th anniversary, the Rotary Club of Grand Prairie’s Dream Home will be built to embrace its roots. The home will combine both a rural and urban aesthetic, joined together by a beautiful timber frame design. Natural light floods this house and fills it with a warmth that can only be found in Grand Prairie, and all 4,140 square feet of this home can be found above ground. Best of all? You can keep as warm or cool as you like with the fully zoned floor radiant heating and cooling ready mechanical system. 

Wow your guests and family alike with the large, open-concept main floor that hosts the living room, kitchen and dining room. Hidden away on the main floor is the master bedroom, with its own beautiful ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. Head upstairs and you’ll find the other three bedrooms with an included guest bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom. Kick back and relax in the recreation and theatre room, and revel in your beautiful home from the upstairs catwalk, also taking in the 0.6 acres of the beautiful Taylor Estates the home is built upon. 

Solar panels adorn the house, powering the home and allowing for energy reserves, making sure this home is both friendly to the earth and your wallet. This Dream Home also comes equipped with home audio, full home security, beautiful custom finishings and window coverings.
