The Saskatchewan Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Saskatchewan SPCA) is a registered charity dedicated to the humane treatment of animals. Their focus is on the prevention of cruelty through education. They believe every animal deserves to be treated with kindness and compassion. Every animal deserves to be treated humanely throughout its life. They believe in the power of collaboration. They are committed to working with SPCAs, Humane Societies, rescue groups, veterinarians, industry, government, producers and pet owners. Everyone has a role to play in animal welfare. By working together, a real and lasting impact on the health and well-being of animals can be made.
The Saskatchewan SPCA operates with the generous support of their members, donors and volunteers. Funds raised as part of the Summer Cash Lottery are used to help provide programs and services for the benefit of animals in Saskatchewan.
