ALBERTA, November 16, 2015 — The early bird deadline is November 24 for the 2015 Alberta SPCA Christmas Cash Lottery. The early bird is two cash prizes of $10,000 each. The Alberta SPCA’s mission is to protect, promote and enhance the well-being of animals in Alberta. In order to work toward this goal, the Alberta SPCA provides a number of programs and services that address animal welfare issues throughout the province.
