Attainable Housing is responding to a demand for seniors housing throughout the region. Housing that is safe, energy efficient and cost-effective. Our seniors are in crisis, in a need of affordable housing to live and grow in a healthy supportive environment.

BC’s Attainable Housing Development Society is a non-profit housing developer, filling the gap by developing and delivering exactly that.
AHDS is focusing on the missing middle housing essential to neighborhoods, along with community economic development and sustainability. Attainable Housing Development assists with the resources, funding, delivery, and development of housing.
They are the vehicle to drive attainable housing province wide.
The New Home Raffle ticket purchase supports AHDS’s current seniors projects in Sorrento and Salmon Arm. Attainable Housing Development Society is responding to a critical need for affordable age friendly housing, a place to live and grow in a healthy supportive environment. Whether a community attracts new older residents or retains and supports those already in the community, the age diverse population urgently needs attainable and accessible housing in a variety of forms. AHDS’s focus is keeping families in the community, stabilizing the community and providing the much-needed economic benefits for the community.
