One of the ways AHDS is working towards their goals is the development of the Sorrento Seniors Lions Manor expansion. Attainable Housing is responding to a demand for seniors housing throughout the region. Housing that is safe, energy efficient and cost-effective. Our seniors are in crisis, in a need of affordable housing to live and grow in a healthy supportive environment.

Attainable Housing Development Society is responding to a critical need for affordable age friendly housing, a place to live and grow in a healthy supportive environment. Whether a community attracts new older residents or retains and supports those already in the community, the age diverse population urgently needs attainable and accessible housing in a variety of forms. AHDS’s focus is keeping families in the community, stabilizing the community and providing the much-needed economic benefits for the community.
