The Second Prize is valued at over $163,000 and is full of variety. The draws will begin at 10AM on Tuesday, January 10 and will run until Wednesday, January 11, 2017. According to the lottery website, the winners will be posted on dreamofalifetime.ca by 5PM on Thursday, January 12, 2017, and a list of winners will be printed in the Friday, January 13, 2017 issue of the Ottawa Citizen and Le Droit.
