TORONTO, ON, May 10, 2016 — The major winners in the 2016 Princess Margaret Cancer Centre Lottery were announced last week. The prize draws were made May 5th live on CP24 (2 Northern Pines Blvd) in Kleinburg.
Joyce & Richard Ward of York (Ticket #128 847) are the winners of the lottery’s biggest grand prize ever – a $3.7 Million Kleinburg showhome + $700,000 Muskoka Lakefront Cottage + $100,000 Cash supplied by Greenpark & Linwood Custom Homes.
Taking home the $1,310,000 cash grand prize, which was substituted in for the Markham grand prize home, is Sandra Delory of Stouffville (Ticket #129 190). The cash amount includes $1.285 million in cash, plus the bonus of $25,000, for a grand total of $1,310,000 Cash.
Mark Smith of Oakville (Ticket #281 766) will be living in the middle of all the city hustle and bustle in his brand new $495,860 Grand Prize Loft at The Beach supplied by Zen Homes which includes $25,000 cash.
Living a laid back life of leisure in the community of Cobble Beach complete with a Cobble Beach Golf Links Lifetime Single Golf Initiation (valued at $33,900) and $25,000 cash courtesy of Reid’s Heritage Homes & Cobble Beach, is the Georgian Bay $448,200 Grand Prize Townhouse winner Keith Walton of Barrie (Ticket #285 905).
Colin Williams of York (Ticket #222 918) will also be hitting the greens as the winner of the Haliburton Highlands $458,874 Grand Prize Bungalow at Silver Beach. This luxury prize includes a Couples 2016 Golf Membership at Pinestone (value $4,856.74) + $25,000 Cash supplied by Silver Beach Development Ltd. & Pinestone Golf Course.
Frank Montalto of North York (Ticket #164 899) will be living high above the city as the new owner of the Yonge & Davisville $446,800 Grand Prize Penthouse + $25,000 Cash, supplied by Greenpark.
Maria Vella of Mississauga (Ticket #022 557) will be enjoying all Bloor West Village and picturesque High Park has to offer as the winner of the High Park $342,900 Grand Prize Condo + $25,000 cash, supplied by Daniels.
Taking home half of the 50/50 Jackpot with a prize payout of an astounding $1,660,777.50 is Stephen Burns of Georgetown (Ticket #5 565 157).
Early Bird Prize winner Patricia Falco of Toronto (Ticket #222 112) will be enjoying summers at her very own $1 Million Lakefront Cottage in The Kawarthas complete with $50,000 Cash and a 2016 Campion Explorer Boat with Trailer supplied by Linwood Custom Homes & Gateway Powersport & Marine.
According to an official news release posted by The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation, major prize winners will be listed in the Toronto Star and a searchable list of all prize winners will be posted on the lottery website at PrincessMargaretLotto.com on Thursday, May 12. All winners will be contacted in writing regarding prize claim.
