REGINA, SK, August 23, 2016 — For over 50 years, animal lovers in Regina have been showing their support in one way or another for the Regina Humane Society. For Gail James of Regina (Ticket #03563) showing her support in this year’s Friends for Life Lottery has paid off in a big way. James is the latest Early Bird Prize winner, taking home a cash windfall of $5,000. The draw was held August 18th on-site at the Regina Humane Society.
James, as with all lottery winners, will have her name returned to the drum for a chance at the next draw which just happens to be the Grand Prize draw for $10,000 on September 15, 2016. Also being drawn on the 15th are three cash prizes of $1,000, five cash prizes of $500, and five cash prizes of $250. Ticket buyers have until 4 pm on the day of the draw to purchase their tickets. Tickets are available on the official 2016 Regina Humane Society Friends for Life Lottery website for $25 each, 5 for $100 or 15 for $250.
