NEWFOUNDLAND & LABRADOR, October 23, 2017 — The Ultimate Dream Home Lottery is back for its 32nd edition and a whole new Dream Home built to change one lucky supporter of the Canadian Hard of Hearing Association – Newfoundland and Labrador! Thanks to the proceeds from this yearly fundraiser, the CHHA-NL is able to offer programs and services for FREE across Newfoundland and Labrador, including Hearing Awareness Training, Assistive Technology Loans Program, an Adopt-a-Daycare Program, and more!
This year’s Grand Prize Dream Home package is valued over $697,607 and offers so much more than just a new home. Situated North of Stavanger Drive Park, the winner will be just a stone’s throw from nature, with the heart of St John’s never too far away. The home is valued at $599,000 and will be awarded move-in ready, with $43,000 in furnishing, appliances, and decorations, plus a list of items that bring this prize value to over $697,607. This list includes a 2018 Mazda 3 GX (OR take $18,000 cash), and $5,000 cash. The Second Prize winner will drive off in a 2018 Mazda 3 GX OR take a cash option of $18,000. The Third Prize is a $10,000 Family vacation to be organized by Universal Travel, OR this winner can take the $10,000 cash and spend it how they please.
There will be also be three Early Bird winners drawn on December 6th. If you’d like a shot at one of the three $10,000 Early Bird cash prizes then make sure to buy your ticket before the deadline on Sunday, November 19, 2017 at midnight.
The 50/50 this year could reach up to a potential maximum jackpot of $2,780,000, with the winner taking home half. Last year’s jackpot was over $610,000. Up to five 50/50 tickets (or “chances” to win) can be purchased alongside the main lottery tickets.
