According to the official 2016 Tri-Hospital Dream Lottery FAQs, all prize winners will be notified by mail as to what they have won and where/how to claim their prize(s). A full list of winning ticket numbers will be posted on the 2016 Tri-Hospital Dream Lottery website: trihospitaldream.com shortly after all draws have been completed. Also, a winners list will be published in the Winnipeg Free Press on Monday August 15, 2016.
