It is nice to see who won the cars however the first thing I noticed after reading the names is not one person was from Winnipeg. Are Winnipeggers not big spenders?
I can’t comment on the spending habits of Winnipeggers. But I would imagine the lottery sold a lot of tickets to a lot of people all over the province, and that it’s very possible that people from around the province would be winners as well as those in Winnipeg.
