MOUNT PEARL, NL, June 29, 2017 — Wednesday was a winning day for several lucky supporters of the Canadian Hard of Hearing Association! The CHHA-NL 2017 Better Hearing For Life Lottery drew its final winners on June 28, and you may have caught the action on the NTV Evening News. If you missed it, then here they are again!
First up was the Father’s Day Bonus Draw, which awarded $10,000 cash to both Steve Gillard of Mount Pearl, NL (Ticket #3765-2) and Joan Langdon of Gander, NL (Ticket # 7229-2).
Things heated up in the 50/50 draw, whose jackpot reached a thrilling $168,530. If you purchased this additional ticket then you could have won half the loot. There could only be one winner though, and the $85,990 cash prize was awarded to Robin Jenkins of Conception Bay South, NL (Ticket #50-1304-4).
Finally, Morris Fudge of Burin, NL (Ticket #2031-1) stole the show when his name was announced as the $200,000 cash Grand Prize winner. This summer just got a whole lot more exciting for Morris and his family and friends!
